Master Chris Kim

Owner & Head Instructor

Master Chris Kim is the owner and head instructor of Arizona Taekwondo, the premier choice for teaching martial arts in Chandler, AZ since 2010. A JiDoKwan 8th degree black belt, Master Kim brings unmatched expertise and passion to every class.

As a USAT Level II Coach and World Taekwondo Coach certified in both Sparring and Poomsae, Master Kim has trained countless students from beginner to competitive levels. He is also a certified World Taekwondo International Referee for sparring, poomsae, and Para-Taekwondo.

At Arizona Taekwondo, Master Kim promotes the Five Tenets of Taekwondo — Courtesy, Integrity, Perseverance, Self-Control, and Indomitable Spirit — while maintaining a fun yet challenging environment for each and every student. Students train in a bright, clean and air-conditioned facility where they feel right at home.

Arizona Taekwondo provides a unique experience not only by teaching Olympic-style Taekwondo, but by creating a warm, family atmosphere evident both on and off the mat.
