Our Children Taekwondo Program is for Ages 6-12, offering structured 45-minute sessions that develop strong martial arts fundamentals while building character. Students learn proper techniques, forms, and sparring skills in an encouraging environment that promotes both physical fitness and personal growth.

What age groups do you offer classes for?

We offer classes for ages 3 and up, including Little Dragon (3-5), Children Taekwondo (6-12), Family Taekwondo (all ages), and Teens & Adults (13+).

Do I need any prior experience to join?

No prior experience is required! We welcome beginners as well as experienced martial artists looking to refine their skills.

What should I bring to my first class?

Comfortable athletic wear is fine for your first class. If you decide to continue, we'll guide you on getting a uniform and gear.

How often should I train to see progress?

We recommend attending at least two classes per week for steady improvement, but you can train more frequently based on your goals.

What makes Arizona Taekwondo different from other schools?

Our program follows the official curriculum of Kukkiwon, the World Taekwondo Headquarters. We focus on strong fundamentals, correct technique, and the true spirit of Taekwondo — Courtesy, Integrity, Perseverance, Self-Control, and Indomitable Spirit.
